We're partnering with a high-growth, acquisitive software company to add to their finance team.

The position is essentially a finance lead for your own business unit, overseeing finance operations of 2 European-based entities and playing a key role in driving their strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the post-acquisition integration process
  • Oversee period-end reporting and financial statements
  • Provide analysis of product performance and profitability
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient month-end close process
  • Manage FP&A related activities
  • Oversee, coach, and supervise a team of finance professionals
  • Execute ad-hoc initiatives/special projects required by the Director of Finance

Requirements:

  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation at a major public accounting firm
  • A minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience
  • A strong understanding of IFRS
  • Self-confident with excellent written and verbal communication skills
