About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial operations of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial information
  • Lead the finance team in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the executive team to drive business growth and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team, informing business decisions and driving growth
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • CPA certification required
  • Previous experience as a Manager Financial Reporting or Controller
  • Demonstrated Monthly Financial Reporting Experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent technology and management skills
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

What We Offer:

CB Canada offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
