We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketing Manager to oversee the artistic direction of every e-commerce delivered, ensuring it aligns with customer expectations and company standards.

This position is in-person at our office in Montreal.

Key Responsibilities:
Organize and conduct introductory meetings with services and customers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers.
Collaborate with customers to define and establish clear success objectives tailored to their needs and goals.
Work closely with services teams to ensure customer objectives are met, providing regular updates and feedback.
Monitor and address churn, working proactively to retain customers and enhance their experience with our services.
Ensure every customer adheres to payment schedules and resolve any payment-related issues promptly.
Manage and respond to customer complaints and unsatisfaction messages, striving to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about e-commerce and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Proven experience in account management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
