About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned real estate professional to lead a team in managing a diverse portfolio of properties, including Union Station, and drive strategic initiatives to optimize asset performance and value.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive property management strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance the value of our assets.
  • Lead a high-performing team to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and repairs of properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate leases, manage contracts, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and conduct site visits to inform asset management decisions and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in property management, real estate development, or a related field, with a strong track record of success in similar roles.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as business administration, urban planning, or architecture.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Adept at negotiating leases, contracts, and other agreements, with a keen understanding of commercial law and regulatory frameworks.
