About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Ensure all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis.
  • Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens, and restock as needed.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping staff to ensure seamless operations and achieve team goals.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience in housekeeping or a related field is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Environment: This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
