We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and sanitized, including rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Laundry and Linen Management: Wash, dry, and fold laundry, as well as manage linen supplies.
- Stocking and Inventory: Restock supplies and manage inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve common goals and maintain a high level of service quality.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
- Work Environment: This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
