Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Coach and train sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer experiences.
