Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at 2A Liquor Mart Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to our sales team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Order Merchandise: Source and purchase liquor products and other merchandise to meet customer demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive store reputation.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and minimize labor costs.
- Prepare Reports: Generate sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate our sales team to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or sales environment
- Or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods
This role is based in a retail business environment, working 40 hours per week in a permanent position.
SupervisionYou will be supervising 1 to 2 people in this role.
