About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at 2A Liquor Mart Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, including managing sales staff, maintaining inventory, and resolving customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Assign sales workers to duties, supervise and coordinate their activities, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Inventory Control: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, respond to customer requests, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • English language proficiency
