Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and coordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure excellent customer service and efficient sales processes.
  • Order Merchandise: Source and purchase liquor products to meet customer demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize labor costs.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, storing, and stocking liquor products.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales workers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Retail business environment.
  • Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
