Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail business setting.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
