Automotive Repair Consultant

We are a premier network of 24 luxury automobile dealerships and 3 state-of-the-art collision centers in the Greater Toronto Area.
A competitive salary of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, plus generous benefits, is offered to our Collision Centre Advisor.
Job DescriptionThe position involves inspecting vehicles and determining the cost of upgrading, refurbishing, and repairing them. This role requires immense expertise, skill, and experience working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with customers to understand their requirements and provide suggestions and recommendations regarding their vehicle.
- Estimate the cost and time required for repair or upgrade and coordinate work processes with technicians and other departments.
- Ensure all repair work is completed efficiently, accurately, and of high quality, while following industry safety norms and standards.
- Honesty and empathy towards customers, as well as being trustworthy and organized.
- A strong understanding of issues and the ability to follow through on tasks.
- Responsibility, dependability, and ownership over problems, along with creativity in dealing with difficult situations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
