Automotive Repair Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Volkswagen MidTown Toronto. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using your technical expertise and diagnostic skills.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations, to maintain vehicles in optimal condition.
- Qualify vehicles for warranty coverage and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
- Conduct road tests to verify the accuracy of repairs and identify potential safety concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in automotive technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician License and Class G Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of dealership experience, preferably with Volkswagen brand or German brands.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Aptitude for working independently and as part of a team.
