LTD., you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing room assignments, and handling various administrative tasks.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Clerk. In this role, you will be working closely with the hotel management team to provide an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and register arriving guests, assigning rooms and ensuring their needs are met.
- Process group arrivals and departures, managing room assignments and updating inventory.
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including local attractions and points of interest.
- Exchange foreign currency and process guests' departures, calculating charges and receiving payments.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Follow emergency and safety procedures, ensuring the well-being of guests and staff.
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in word processing software and computerized bookkeeping systems.
B.C. LTD. offers a competitive salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per year, based on experience, plus additional benefits, including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, vision care benefits, and life insurance. Transportation provided by employer.
