Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Shape Process Automation Group. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, including collections, invoicing, and cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Review customer accounts, analyze financial data, and identify areas for improvement to optimize cash flow.
- Collections and Invoicing: Place outbound calls and/or emails to customers to collect payments, generate and send invoices, and process AR receipts in accounting software.
- Financial Reporting: Provide weekly updates on past due accounts, prepare financial reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve billing and account issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Administrative Tasks: Enter new projects and sales orders, update Excel reports, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of previous accounting experience, preferably in accounts receivable and collections.
- Skills: Strong communication and organization skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and experience with ERP software.
