About the Role:

The Senior Manager of Community Disability Services will oversee and manage services for people with disabilities, supporting the future vision of service development and delivery. This role will involve supervision and support of direct reports, developing and administering policies and procedures, and ensuring organization's practices comply with policies, contracts, and legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree related to Human Services
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role providing employee performance management
  • Value, respect, and support the rights of people of all abilities
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, proficient in Word, Excel, and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal relations and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Use of vehicle for work required (multiple worksites in Lethbridge)
  • Current Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Check, required upon hire
