Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and anticipate client needs to uncover opportunities for growth and success.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing personalized financial guidance and support.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and lending strategies to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving business growth and excellence.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in banking or a related field, with a strong background in sales and customer service.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience, with a focus on finance or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with lending or banking systems.
