Team Lead

About the Role:
The Team Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and clinical supervision of staff in the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. This includes providing program support, liaising with community partners, and mentoring and supporting clinical staff in the program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide line leadership, supervision, and clinical support to multidisciplinary Mental Health & Substance Use teams
- Deliver high-quality, client-focused programs across the continuum of community services
- Liaise with local agencies and other service providers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate clinical practice to ensure quality client care outcomes
Requirements:
- Experience in a leadership capacity in a mental health setting
- Ability to form strong relationships with staff, clients, and community partners
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of community-based mental health services
