Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you'll play a key role in driving store success by leading and developing a high-performing team. You'll be responsible for achieving sales and profit goals, recruiting and training new team members, and maintaining a positive and productive store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and profit goals
- Recruit, train, and develop new team members to ensure a strong and diverse team
- Maintain a positive and productive store environment, including ensuring a clean and organized store
- Implement merchandise strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and achieve goals
Requirements
- At least 6 months of leadership and/or supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment
- Experience mobilizing a team towards a common goal
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a commitment to creating an amazing customer experience
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
