About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC as a Business Development Lead, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and development. As a member of our Direct Sales team, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with top real estate management companies, leading the way for our Key for Business and other products and services through top-down real estate property initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize sales priorities and meet specific sales goals
  • Manage and maintain a go-to-market strategy
  • Serve as a sponsor for key customer relationships
  • Manage issues, problems, and observations coming from customers
  • Develop and own new mechanisms to scale goals
  • Own the input goals (relationships and pipeline) and output goals (unit/building installs)
About the Team

Amazon Key for Business is the multi-unit arm of Amazon's secure delivery team, enabling 1-Click access to Amazon logistics' delivery drivers to customers' doorsteps, improving the bottom line of our last-mile operations and increasing Amazon's accountability and security for property owners/managers.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience with the proptech industry as it relates to multifamily real estate
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
