Job Title: Administrative Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at World of Advertising Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, collecting and recording fees, and planning daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including finance, purchasing, and human resources.
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures.
  • Hire and train staff, or arrange for training.
  • Interview, hire, and provide training for staff.
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
