Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profits and implement cost-saving measures.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Develop and implement menu pricing strategies to balance revenue and customer demand.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Supervise staff and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 3-4 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Proven track record of success in managing staff and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic security clearance.
- Own transportation.
