We are seeking an experienced Bus Rapid Transit Project Manager to join our team at AECOM. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing medium to large-scale BRT projects from concept through construction, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Manage projects from start to finish, overseeing technical execution and quality control.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical expert in BRT projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Business Development: Support the growth of the BRT market by building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Ensure client satisfaction by consistently exceeding expectations in project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (Civil Engineering, Sciences, Urban Planning, Geography)
  • 6 years of relevant project management experience
  • PEng, PMP designation, or MBA or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of specific experience in Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PEng designation is highly preferred
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Planning, or a related field
  • PTOE (Professional Traffic Operations Engineer) certification
  • Strong experience managing the review, approval, and delivery of technical documents
