Job Title: Project Manager for Complex Enterprise Initiatives

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead complex enterprise initiatives, ensuring seamless project execution from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, managing cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and driving projects towards successful outcomes within agreed parameters.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in similar roles, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects involving BC's Health Organizations. Experience with PHSA Project Management Office and knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices are highly desirable.

This role requires strong communication skills, including written and verbal presentations to various audiences. The ability to develop and deliver clear messages for complex topics, facilitate consultation processes, and negotiate resolutions to challenging situations is essential.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • At least 5 years of combined experience as a Project Manager, Project Development Officer, or Project Officer
  • Experience working with BC's Health Organizations or similar entities
  • Strong leadership and risk management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Proven ability to achieve alignment with organizational strategic direction
