Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Manager to lead our project activations and ensure successful project outcomes.

This role offers the potential to work across various delivery projects within our expanding portfolio, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring seamless implementation.

The Senior Project Delivery Manager will play a key role in leading project efforts, coordinating with Business Analysts, Project Coordinators, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Lead project(s) and coordinate efforts to achieve project objectives
  • Collaborate with clinics, hospital staff, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, maintaining open communication and managing relationships with stakeholders
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively to mitigate potential negative impacts on project outcomes
  • Coordinate and chair project meetings, facilitating effective communication among project resources and documenting findings and recommendations
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and relevant committees on project progress
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records, to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Manage project scope changes and obtain necessary approvals
  • Control project financials, resource usage, issues, and risks
  • Educate stakeholders on project expectations and requirements
  • Perform project management processes in accordance with PMO standards
  • Adapt to changing project needs and priorities, contributing to the success of various delivery projects within the portfolio

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is between $95,000 to $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
