We are seeking a skilled Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle and drive business development efforts. This is a commission-based role ideal for driven professionals who thrive in an independent work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to placing candidates.
- Develop business relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and identify new opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
- SOURCE candidates through various online platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements.
- Negotiate offers and close placements while providing exceptional service to clients and candidates.
- Achieve monthly targets for candidate placements and business development.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (360-degree recruitment).
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify new clients and maintain long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Flexibility to work remotely, with a focus on results and commission earnings.
