Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to placing candidates.
  • Develop business relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and identify new opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
  • SOURCE candidates through various online platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements.
  • Negotiate offers and close placements while providing exceptional service to clients and candidates.
  • Achieve monthly targets for candidate placements and business development.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (360-degree recruitment).
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify new clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work remotely, with a focus on results and commission earnings.
