About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Logistics Manager to join our team in Montreal. In this role, you will work directly with the Director of Pricing and Procurement, overseeing logistics processes and contributing to pricing management and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the single point of contact for network bids, sales, existing customers, tenders, and inquiries.
  • Receive, distribute, and communicate with all relevant parties, initiating requests with carriers, vendors, origin/destination offices, and service providers.
  • Manage bid responses, submissions, deadlines, and necessary steps, keeping marketing and commercial documents up-to-date.
  • Coordinate internal or external communication, completing bid documentation or ensuring responsible parties do so.
  • Review client requests, prepare sales rate quotes, and provide assistance to improve products and services.
  • Research, manage, and communicate with supplier partners for logistical solutions, service delivery, cost calculations, price negotiations, quote request forms, and customer service issues.
  • Improve internal systems and procedures to increase efficiency, transparency, and cost accuracy, participating in strategic discussions related to procurement, service delivery, and supplier selection.
  • Work with sales, operations, and customer service to ensure proper transitions for new and/or existing activities.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in pricing or procurement is an asset.
  • Experience in air and sea logistics – import/export.
  • A certification or degree in a related field is an asset.
  • Strong skills in using Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Basic knowledge of customs regulations (AMPS, B13, ACI, CSI...) is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and organize workload effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
About the Opportunity

This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours) that includes a competitive salary and benefits package. We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
