Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager - Assistant General Manager to join our team at Dave & Buster's of Canada, Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement effective restaurant operations strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business results and achieve company goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
