Sales Director (Retail Media) Job Description

At Broadsign, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our retail media sales efforts in North America and LATAM. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating multiple revenue streams by identifying customer needs and offering solutions from our diverse line of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new business within the retail media vertical
  • Lead product demonstrations and develop relationships with key accounts to negotiate profitable business terms
  • Teach and guide clients throughout the sales process to provide them with the best solutions possible
  • Demonstrate the Broadsign Platform to clients, discuss system requirements, and discuss the various ways that clients may integrate external systems by leveraging our APIs
Requirements:
  • Experience in selling software and a deep knowledge of the retail vertical
  • A university degree in business, technology, or a related field
  • The ability to speak a second language is a strong asset
  • Strong understanding of the challenger sales methodology

We value the varied social identities that make up our community. Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and partners in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French. Fluent English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, clients, and partners (or suppliers) located outside Quebec and to understand the technical and scientific documentation used in our industry.
