About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at FERNIE STANFORD HOTEL & RESORT. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Check-in/Check-out: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process departures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Room Reservations and Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Hotel Information and Services: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities, services, and amenities, promoting a positive experience.
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, provide customer service, and answer telephone calls and relay messages.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a strong desire to learn and grow with our team is essential.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
