About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Potential Security Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, and reliable.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
