Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized career development plans for graduates, providing coaching and support throughout their job-search process.
  • Design and deliver engaging career workshops and training programs to equip bootcamp students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the tech industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners and companies to identify job opportunities that align with our graduates' skill sets.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify emerging job opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our global Experience Team to develop and implement strategies to grow our network of hiring partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our students and graduates, ensuring they receive the support and resources needed to achieve their career goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in business development, recruitment, or growth marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring partners and companies.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of pathways leading to specific career outcomes in the tech industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools is an asset.
