Customer Service Representative

We are a rapidly growing travel agency, Connection Custom Travel Inc, specializing in organizing unique trips and unforgettable experiences for clients worldwide. Our team is committed to providing top-notch service and a personalized approach to each client, helping them turn their travel dreams into reality.
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for receiving and serving clients at the office entrance, welcoming guests, and providing information about our services. You will also manage phone calls and email correspondence, handling client inquiries, and directing them to appropriate specialists.
Main Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Serving Clients: Greet clients at the office entrance, welcome guests, and provide information about our services.
- Phone Calls and Email Correspondence: Manage phone calls and email correspondence, handle client inquiries, and direct them to appropriate specialists.
- Organizing Meetings: Organize and coordinate meetings and consultations for clients with travel consultants.
- Maintaining Documentation: Maintain documentation and manage client records in the CRM system.
- Booking Services: Handle bookings for tours, flights, hotels, and other services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all operations.
- Workplace Maintenance: Maintain order in the workspace and ensure a comfortable atmosphere for clients and employees.
- Marketing Materials: Assist in preparing marketing materials and support administrative tasks as needed.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the quality of provided services.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with different categories of clients.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English at least Upper-Intermediate level for effective communication with international clients. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Organization and Attention to Detail: Ability to manage time effectively and multitask, with organization and attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Experience with CRM Systems and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Teamwork: Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Education: Higher Education in tourism, hospitality, or related fields is an advantage.
