Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies and programs to support business objectives.
  • Employee Relations and Communications: Advise managers and employees on HR policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Performance Management: Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to drive business results.
  • HR Operations: Oversee payroll administration, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and analyze HR-related reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a consulting firm or business services environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
