Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Support Professional to join our team at Presotea.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position that offers 40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team and ensure effective communication
  • Train staff members on various tasks and procedures
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate personnel
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information as required
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations for executives
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
  • Perform data entry tasks and basic bookkeeping duties
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate/diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in an administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000 CAD, based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
