About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at Quality Inn. In this role, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations and ensuring that all food is prepared to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen staff and ensure they are trained in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that they are presented in an appealing manner.
  • Train staff in new recipes, techniques, and equipment usage.
  • Maintain inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ordering supplies as needed.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to Quality Inn's high standards.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to train staff effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and basic cooking techniques.
