Job Title: Project Manager - Client Relationship Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager - Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at Forsta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating project execution, building and maintaining key relationships with our clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and complete successful projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Own all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and driving progress.
  • Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build deep relationships with Forsta's Surveys customers.
  • Exemplify exceptional customer service skills by understanding customer requests and nurturing their accounts.
  • Provide continual updates to management regarding project status and customer accounts.
  • Grow the business with existing customers.
  • Manage customer projects from start to finish, including writing proposals, project execution, and project invoicing.
  • Coordinate support from internal teams and vendors.
  • Main point of contact for key accounts, providing solutions to support client needs in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Market Research project management experience.
  • 4+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience working in the Panel Field Management or Advertising industry is a plus.
  • Must be able to multi-task and effectively manage all responsibilities.
  • Previous experience working with Forsta Surveys (Decipher) platform is a plus.
  • Account/Project Management experience is a plus.
  • Salesforce, Teamwork, Jira, Slack experience is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor, excellent written, and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in outstanding customer service.
  • Capable of developing/maintaining long-term business partnerships with clients.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 - $65,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
