We're seeking a Technical Lead to join our Growth Engineering Division, focusing on building and innovating for Growth healthcare groups. As a leader, you'll impact the technical decision-making and architecture of our platform's future, specifically within the Growth domain.

You'll work closely with other technical leaders, product people, designers, and engineers to solve problems within a fast-growing platform. We're looking for someone who shares our values and is passionate about fostering strong engineering practices and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 4-8 engineers.
  • Lead engineering initiatives that drive significant business impact, creating innovative user experiences.
  • Plan and architect projects, leading design discussions and decisions.
  • Work with the Directors of Engineering and Product to maintain a quarterly view of the roadmap.
  • Help meet company goals while maintaining our application's technical health and security.
  • Contribute to the code base and work alongside engineers to take projects over the finish line.

Requirements:

  • An outcome-based focus.
  • The ability to iterate, move fast, and measure.
  • The ability to work with business stakeholders and provide solutions.
  • Experience leading a full-stack software development team.
  • Passion for Growth and being an integral part of the team that drives the underlying technologies that powers our business.
  • You are passionate about fostering strong engineering practices and processes.
  • Experience working on high-scale web applications.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a modern full-tech stack. Ruby, Rails, React, JavaScript, GraphQL, and Apollo are preferred.
  • Experience with e-commerce at scale, operations, and distribution is considered an asset.
