Join Our Team as a Technical Lead for Enterprise Healthcare

We're seeking a Technical Lead to join our Growth Engineering Division, focusing on building and innovating for Enterprise healthcare groups. As a leader, you'll impact the technical decision-making and architecture of our platform's future, specifically within the Enterprise healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 4-8 engineers to deliver Enterprise-specific functionality.
  • Leverage our RAILS-based e-commerce platform to design and deliver innovative user experiences.
  • Plan and architect projects, leading design discussions and decisions.
  • Collaborate with Directors of Engineering and Product to maintain a quarterly view of the roadmap.
  • Contribute to the code base and work alongside engineers to take projects over the finish line.
Requirements:
  • Outcome-based focus with the ability to iterate and measure.
  • Experience leading a full-stack software development team.
  • Passion for Growth and being an integral part of the team that drives the underlying technologies that powers our business.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a modern full-tech stack, including Ruby, Rails, React, JavaScript, Graphql, and Apollo.
  • Experience with medical healthcare systems and Enterprise-level integrations within healthcare is considered an asset.
