Store Manager Retail Supervisor

About This Role:
You will be working as an Assistant Store Manager at Grafton Apparel, reporting directly to the Store Manager. As part of the team, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive sales goals.
This senior leadership position requires coaching associates to achieve targets, assisting with store operations, and taking charge when the Store Manager is away.
- Your Responsibilities:
- Showcase your sales skills by presenting wardrobe solutions to every customer
- Create memorable customer experiences that encourage repeat visits
- Listen to customer feedback and collaborate with the Store Manager to enhance customer service
- Achieve personal sales targets at an agreed-upon contribution percentage
- Stay updated on trends and product knowledge to stay ahead of the game
- Contribute to Store Success:
- Help maintain store appearance by assisting with merchandise presentation and regular housekeeping duties
- Perform operational tasks such as receiving stock, processing transfers, and administrative duties
- Maintain all areas of the store, including the back room, and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Lead a Winning Team:
- Develop the sales skills of your team members by modeling best practices and techniques
- Assist the Store Manager in providing training and developmental opportunities, addressing individual gaps and building strengths
- Help recruit new team members, leverage business partners as needed, and foster a positive work environment
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a Retail Assistant Manager in a service-related or retail organization
- Minimum High School Diploma
