Customer Focus- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized advice and guidance to customers on a range of banking products and services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them to achieve their financial goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest banking products and services, including Everyday Banking products and personal unsecured lending.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, and be able to communicate their benefits and features to customers.
- Provide recommendations and guidance to customers on the best products and services to meet their needs.
- Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
- Support the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures.
- Escalate non-standard or high-risk transactions as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of team goals and objectives.
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance, marketing).
