Job Summary:
As a Personal Lines RIBO Licensed Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing House and/or Group accounts, including providing exceptional day-to-day customer service to house account and alpha split clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review of the house account clients on an annual basis.
- Remarketing of house accounts if necessary.
- Provide quotes to referred personal lines clients from commercial producers.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid RIBO license with a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in an insurance brokerage – sales and underwriting experience is an asset.
- Good working knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverages.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
