About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Executive to join our team at Clark Builders. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including estimating, business development, and safety, to ensure project success.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary certificate or degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in construction, with at least 8 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
