What is the Opportunity?

We are looking for a talented individual who can lead and manage complex projects, drive business outcomes, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. As a Scrum Master Lead QA, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing project plans, and ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members on agile methodologies and project management best practices
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and successful delivery

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in project management and agile methodologies
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and driving business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with project management tools and technologies, including Jira and Confluence
