About the Role

Zurich Insurance Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master/Agile Coach to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our Scrum teams in delivering high-quality projects that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate Scrum teams in delivering projects that meet business objectives
  • Provide guidance and coaching to Scrum teams on Agile principles and practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and sponsors
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science)
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach roles
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, CSD, or equivalent)
  • Experience working with project management tools, such as Jira
  • Knowledge of business analysis and requirements gathering techniques
  • Experience working in a similar industry or domain
