The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in leading technical teams in a Scrum Master or related role and a deep understanding of Scrum principles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the story creation and estimation planning and organization of the project into DevOps and ensure the on-time/on-budget delivery of the reporting MVP scope.

* Lead the team in following agile delivery principles and ensuring project delivery is monitored and progresses unimpeded.

* Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.

* Liaise with the product owner and document decisions in DevOps.

* Work in a complex multistakeholder environment and facilitate interactions with clients and the project team.

* Manage the product and sprint backlog.

Requirements:

* 5 years of experience in leading technical teams in a Scrum Master or related role.

* Experience leading software development teams in large-scale data warehouse solutions on the Azure cloud ecosystem for data analytics.

* Deep understanding of Scrum principles, familiarity with Agile frameworks, and experience with Azure DevOps.

What You'll Need to Know:

* Document the process and organization of the project in DevOps.

* Document all applicable decisions from the product owner in DevOps.

How You'll Work:

* 1:1 meetings/team meetings/documentation in DevOps Wiki and boards throughout the duration of the project lifecycle.
