What is the Opportunity?

We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about adding value and making a meaningful impact. As a Scrum Master Lead QA, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing project management activities to ensure strategic goals and objectives are accomplished within approved time frames, scope, and budget.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-priority programs and initiatives, driving business outcomes and ensuring the achievement of objectives. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, project management, and data governance will be essential in leading and guiding teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee project management activities to ensure strategic goals and objectives are accomplished.
  • Develop and manage detailed schedules, identify early warning indicators, and provide direction for early resolution of risks, issues, and clear escalation path for program committees.
  • Oversee financials and staffing levels to efficiently meet project delivery requirements and tracks value for effective decision-making.
  • Deliver initiatives using appropriate methods, including Agile and Iterative Waterfall.
  • Satisfy multiple stakeholders in a very complex and demanding business and technology environment.
  • Lead program management reporting for senior management/executives.
  • Resolve complex issues and conflicts, act as a point of escalation, and promptly engage executives where required.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years project management/Scrum Master experience.
  • Working knowledge and experience of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies and tools (Jira & Confluence).
  • Experience with project plan development and management, estimation, scheduling methodology, project metrics, analysis, status reporting, and change management.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of product management to facilitate effective backlog prioritization and ensure alignment with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
