Regional Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team at Brock Group. As a key member of our Business Operations department, you will be responsible for leading and managing regional operations, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Lead and manage regional projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Operations Excellence: Develop and implement operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of project managers and operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or project management.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in project management, operations, or business development, with a proven track record of success.
- Certifications: PMP or PMI certification, or equivalent, is desirable.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
This is a full-time position, requiring frequent travel and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a hands-on environment and will have a strong sense of ethics and discretion.
