To facilitate our expansion, we are seeking an Area Manager located in Ontario.

What will your key responsibilities entail?

As the leader of three branches situated in Sarnia, London, and Hamilton, you will oversee a business unit that specializes in sanitation, industrial cleaning, and waste management services.

Your primary duties will include:

Leading a proficient field team Driving and organizing business development initiatives Cultivating customer loyalty and maintaining relationships Assessing the accuracy of figures and pricing proposed by project managers Overseeing contracts (including monitoring, monthly management, and client reporting) Supervising the organization of operations, workforce, and equipment Managing operational accounts and ensuring the profitability of your region Facilitating relations with employee representatives Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
