To facilitate our expansion, we are seeking a Regional Operations Manager located in Ontario.

What will your key responsibilities entail?

As the leader of three branches situated in Sarnia, London, and Hamilton, you will oversee a business unit focused on sanitation, industrial cleaning, and waste management services.

Your duties will encompass:

Leading a proficient field team Encouraging and orchestrating business development Sustaining customer loyalty and fostering relationships, Assessing the accuracy of figures and pricing proposed by project managers, Overseeing contracts (contract management, monthly reporting, client updates, etc.) Supervising the organization of operations, workforce, and equipment, Managing financial accounts and ensuring the profitability of your region, Facilitating relations with employee representatives Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
